Notice of extinguishment of Public Right of Way at the following location:

"Pedestrian Laneway leading from Ossory Park (Top St) towards Ballybought Street"

Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny Borough Council, in pursuance of section 83 of the Roads Act 1993,
has made an order extinguishing the public right of way described above with effect from midnight on 14th April 2008.
