Extinguishment of Public Right of Way at Carnegie Library Car Park Site

SECTION 73 OF THE ROADS ACT, 1993
Notice of intention to extinguishment of Public Right of Way at the following location:
- Access to and from the Carnegie Library Car Park site via back lane (11.2 metres)
- Access to and from the Carnegie Library Car Park site from Johns Quay (27.7 metres)
Notice is hereby given that Kilkenny Borough Council propose to extinguish the right-of-way at the above location. The right-of-way to be extinguished is indicated on a map which may be inspected in the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, during normal office hours, being 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, until 30th June, 2008.
Any representation or objection to the proposal may be made in writing addressed to the undersigned not later than 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 18th July, 2008.
It should be noted that any person making such representation or objection may make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Local Authority for that purpose.
