In accordance with Section 19 of the above Act, I hereby give notice that political donation statements and statutory declarations submitted in connection with the 2009 Local elections are available for public inspection and may be inspected at the Offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, Corporate Affairs Department, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny between the hours of 10.00am - 12.30pm and 2.30pm - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
A photocopy of the submitted documents may be purchased at a cost of €0.15c per page.
