In pursuance of the provision of Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, Kilkenny Borough Council, having resolved at a meeting dated 8th November, 2010, hereby conveys notice that an Order has been made extinguishing the public right of way at Riverside Drive/Bishops Meadows, Kilkenny shown on O.S. Map Ref: 4766-03 & 4766-04 lodged in the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council at the address below.
