The Nore Swim will take place this Saturday 21st August, 2010 at 3 p.m. For More information Visit www.NoreSwim.comSwim will take approx. 20 minutes from Greensbridge to John's Bridge. Participants should be able to swim 40 lengths of a 25 metre pool

The entry fee is €20 which should accompany the application. (Sponsorship monies can count as entry fee)Forms should be returned to Kilkenny County Council as soon as possible and before 19th. August
Each swimmer who completes the swim will be presented with a specially struck Nore Swim medal
The monies raised will go to Carlow/Kilkenny Homecare Team.
Participants must adhere to all Water Safety instructions on the day.
