Notice of Deposit of Rate Books for Inspection and Intention to Make Rate
KILKENNY BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kilkenny Borough Council is about to make rates on the property rateable thereto in the Borough of Kilkenny.
The rateable valuation multiplier for the ordinary expenditure of the Borough Council for the service of the financial year ending December 31st, 2009, is 60.64.
The Gross Revenue Expenditure is as follows:-

Rates will not be levied on Domestic property, on the residential portion of business premises and on secondary schools, bona fide Community Halls and on farm out-buildings.
The Rate Books are deposited for the inspection of any Ratepayers in the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council and will be there open for inspection between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. during the fourteen days next following the date hereof, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
