Parking Permits Home Page

You are entitled to apply for a residents parking permit if you are a resident within Kilkenny Borough Councils disc parking area and own a vehicle.

There are 4 different types of permit available which are:

  1. Resident' Permit
  2. Visitor's Permit - Access Only
  3. Visitor's Permit - On Street
  4. Carer's Permit
