Kilkenny County and Borough Council’s Payment options
Kilkenny Local Authorities have recently introduced two new options to facilitate customers making repayments.
There is a new online payments section on the Kilkenny Local Authorities website www.kilkennycoco.ie
Customers can now pay housing loans, housing rents, water and fire charges on line by way of credit card/laser card.
The website also facilitates payment of Motor Tax and the Non-Principal Private Residences charge
The benefits of this service are that it allows customers to make payments without having to visit a local authority office, at a time convenient to them day or night.

Kilkenny local authorities have recently entered into a contract with Paypoint,a payment service where charges to Kilkenny local authorities can be made at any of the 520 Pay Point agents nationwide. There are currently 13 outlets where this facility is available in Kilkenny City and County with plans to add more.
David Walton, Commercial Director of PayPoint Ireland Ltd., welcoming the announcement, said:

As well as making their council payments with their local PayPoint agents, customers can also make regular bill payments to ESB, Bord Gáis, Eircom, UPC, and Vodafone. Additional facilities such as prepay mobile phone Top Up's for all the major mobile networks come as standard with the PayPoint offering, allowing customers to budget for and pay regular amounts towards their council, utility and telecoms bills conveniently."
